Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dua Fashion, our goal is to ensure you feel beautiful and confident in our attire. We understand that sometimes something might not work out, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Below is our transparent policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can choose to return the product once it arrives by following our return process below.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return/Exchange Window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned/exchanged?

  • Issues related to sizing or fit.

  • Products received with manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items received (wrong color, style, or size shipped by us).

What cannot be returned?

  • Items that have been altered or customized at your request.

  • Items purchased during a final clearance sale (this will be clearly marked on the product page).

  • Accessories like dupattas (for hygiene reasons), unless received defective.

3. The Return Process

We want to make returns easy for you.

  1. Initiate: Email our customer care at duafashion.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98837 86894 with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivered address within 2-3 business days. There is no cost to you for return shipping on eligible returns.

  3. Pack: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging with the invoice.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Method: The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
