Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Dua Fashion, we know you are excited to receive your new ethnic wear! We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Charges

We strive to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers across India.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above [₹Y - e.g., ₹999].

2. Order Processing Time

This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order at our facility before handed it over to the courier.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • If you order on a Sunday or holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3-5 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5-7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Remote/J&K/North East Areas: May take 7-10 business days depending on courier connectivity.

Please Note: These are estimated timelines based on standard courier operations. While we aim to meet these, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details and the name of the courier partner. You can use this to track the live status of your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website after you receive the link.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to almost all pin codes across India. If for any reason our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of India.

6. Delays and Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays happen due to reasons beyond our control (such as severe weather, strikes, or courier operational issues).

If your parcel is significantly delayed past the estimated timeline, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, and we will escalate the issue with our courier partner to resolve it for you.
